New Listings are up this week to 23. Four listings went pending in the first week, which is up from the week before. Seven homes came back on the market due to failed escrows, more than last week. The number of active homes on the market decreased this past week to 109. A few more homes closed escrow last week and the average listed and sold prices were both down from the week before. The average sold price came in $12,700 higher than the average listed price, which is a trend we have been seeing pretty regularly in recent weeks. The average number of days on market before going into escrow dropped to 22 this week from 39 the week before. There were also 14 price decreases this week.
