Summer remains hot in our area along with the real estate market!  

Here's what's happening in our area - Fair Oaks, Orangevale and Citrus Heights - for the past week:

New listings are lower this past week, as are first week pendings.  We also see more homes with failed escrows that came back on the market.  The number of sold homes is up at 42 compared to 32 the week prior.   Average listing and sold prices are higher too.  The AVERAGE sold price is still almost $30,000 over the average listing price!  Buyer competition remains strong for those desirable listings!
